Intel Cuts Prices. AMD Counters.

Well it looks that rumored price cut was made official yesterday. Intel have cut prices for their Core Quad line-up of processors. AMD decided to follow up with their own price cuts to their Phenom II line as well.

Nothing like a healthy competition to drive down prices for the consumers. $316 USD for a Intel Core Quad Q9650 is damn impressive for a quad core processor. I’m still having a tough time justifying these four headed monsters though.
