Checkpoint: 2008 Game of the Year Edition
Well I finished FarCry 2 yesterday and with that I thought it was time to post up my Top 10 games of 2008.

Guess FarCry 2 didn’t make it and I’ll let you know why at a later date. The list above was submitted into NeoGAF’s 2008 Game of the Year voting thread. The results are up! It’s a great list, however I did not play every single one of them as of yet. I would do my own personal breakdown, however after looking over my top 10 list, most if not all of the categories have already been covered.
2008 has been one of the most active gaming years to memory. I’ve accumulated more games than any other year across a vast array of platforms. 2009 is shaping up to be even more awesome with early big releases like Skate 2, Killzone 2, Street Fighter IV and Resident Evil 5.
Up next, I’ll be putting time into Yakuza 2.
