Yesterday Rockstar Games relaunched the official Grand Theft Auto IV site.  New info includes 5 new videos depicting the characters you’ll meet in Liberty City and a myriad of screenshots help unveil the locations you’ll travel. 

New characters include Manny Escuela who looks like an african american gangsta who hosts lots of dance parties with his bitches and might be a good guy to befriend so his possy will have your back out there on the streets.  Vlad Glebov looks like a Russian Mob leader who will probably be your mentor at first lending you money and stuff but then later you will realize that the only way to escape his control over you is to off him in your search of the American dream.  Roman Bellic looks like a drunken Mexican garage owner you can probably befriend and get your whip fixed up in a hurry.

I particularly enjoy the humour in parodies Rockstar has always provided.  The cell phone commerical depicts a guy throwing a phone at another guys head to prove the phone’s durability.  Also,one of the screen shots has a billboard parody for “Stomp”, except it says “Banging Trash Can Lids For An Hour!“.  April 29th can’t come soon enough.
