World of Starcraft or MMO based Lost Vikings anyone?
Last month, Blizzard opened a new job posting on it’s website: Game Physics/Collision Programmer - Next-Gen MMO . This led to multiple conversations on the World of Warcraft forums and people had a whole lot of questions about it. Drysc (a Blizzard poster) specified that this was not for a WoW expansion and that it was a for an “unannounced” next-gen MMO.
This led to multiple speculations of fanboys about a World of Starcraft or a persistent world version of The Lost Vikings. I personally think that it’s something totally new. Blizzard is in need of “new” material instead of revisiting old (but good) franchise like Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft. I guess only time will tell….
